It starts off "Are you easily distracted? Avoiding others? Affecting your home life? You may be a numismatist." During this time, it shows individuals in the act of being a coin collector, from going through a bowl of change, using a metal detector (in the bedroom of all places?) and stacking coins at home.
To "help", the Mint says "Now there's a cure, genuine United States Mint coins."
Kind of a funny ad for those that are afflicted with the coin disease!
